I have been with Commercial Lighting since May 3/1999. In that time Magellan has been our number one courier for Edmonton and surrounding areas. My name is Patrick and I am the Technical Director for The Citadel Theatre in Edmonton, AB. As we are an organization that does a high volume of purchasing from a wide variety of vendors, therefore we almost daily require an express delivery service with the ability to handle transit for anything / everything under the sun. After years of service by Magellan Express they have proven to be reliable and adaptable above and beyond our expectation every time. Magellan Express Ltd. was started in 1989 with myself and a partner. We originally started at a location at 9990 - 29 ave. with 4 owner operators and 2 of my own trucks.
The partnership was dissolved in 1993 and I carried on with running the business along with some key employees which included a dispatcher and office support staff. We always put the customer needs first and we always maintained our customer service at a very high level, our motto was SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE.Our customers were never told that we could not do a job that would fall within our capabilities, they were always given options and they would make a decision as to what would work best for them.
